Twenty-eight Artist Studios
We have a variety of studio space available for rent. For more information or to set up a tour of available studio space, please direct inquiries to Joi Cuartero by using the email link on the right.
At this time, all studio space is full; however we do expect space to open up. We will be taking applications for space starting in June 2013 for license agreements that will run August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013. A one year license agreement will be required without exceptions.
Water Street iStudios is a community of artist who share,
collaborate and actively volunteer. In order to maintain this
environment, we first offer available studio space to active
members of the organization. In the past, this included artists who
regularly volunteered for gallery hours, volunteered to assist with
Art Flow programming, helped to run special programs like critiques
or sold work through the Main Gallery/Gallery H2O.
We understand that some artists may be new to the community and have not had the time to participate to the level that they would want to before applying for a studio. In such cases, we wish to see that artist sign up for an Artist Membership and provide a link to their website or photos of their work. If no active member can take over a studio, we will bring in others to look at the open space and talk about their goals as an artist and what they
To sign up for a membership, fill out the this document and drop it off at Water Street Studios during open hours. If you are not available at that time, put it in our mailbox or mail via Postal Service.
