Welcome to Batavia Artists Association and Water Street Studios (BAA/WSS), a 501(c)3 not-profit arts organization. Created by a group of artists, the property owners, city officials, and community members, BAA/WSS focuses on extending the arts community in Batavia, the Fox Valley and neighboring communities.

Water Street Studios Philosophy: The shared dream/vision is to have a central location for artists to rent affordable space and develop their craft, all while having a network of support and inspiration from their neighboring artists. Add to this, the ability to interact with the community through shows, classes, workshops, projects and events… the potential for a shared creativity is simply inspiring.

We will sponsor a Lecture Series which is free for Artist Members and $5 for other members and the general public.

Membership and Benefits

Individual Membership: $25 ($5 discount for age 65+ or student - school ID required)

Artist Membership: $45 ($5 discount for age 65+ or student - school ID required)
• Open to ANYONE
• Same benefits as Individual Membership, plus
• Advance registration for classes
• Artist networking parties (by invitation only)
• Invitation to exclusive Artist Meet n' Greet events
• $10 one time discount on gallery submissions
• Listing on WSS website under "Member Artists" with link to members' individually owned website

Family Membership: $75
• Same benefits as Individual Membership, plus:
• Advanced registration for member and 4 additional people
• Up to 4 more membership cards per registered family member

Sponsor Membership: $250, $500, $1000
• Same benefits as Individual Membership, plus:
• Special thank you welcome packet
• Certificate of Sponsorship
• Name recognized on sponsorship plaque in Water Street Studios
