Teen Art Flow
Water Street has a unique teen program that is all-inclusive and welcomes any area student,
7th through 12th grade, who is interested in the arts. Art Flow participants explore welding, ceramics, drawing, print making, jewelry design, sculpture, photography, painting and mixed media in a creative environment under the guidance of visiting professional artists. Additional cultural enrichment experiences are offered on a quarterly basis.
Due to generous support from our community, Water Street offers
FULL financial scholarships
for those in need of assistance.
Thursdays 6:30-8pm. Pre-registration is required and students can join at any time.
Winter/Spring 2014: January 9 - May 22 No class April 3 $190
Summer 2014: June 19 - August 7 No class July 3 $70

Art Flow at Batavia
Every Tuesday committed WSS artists, interns and volunteers bring enriching art activities to the children residing at Batavia Apartments. In a safe and caring environment, students in 1st through 6th grade explore the arts by focusing on creativity, group art projects, music and community connections.
Art Flow at Local Shelters
Art Flow furthers Water Street Studios' mission of creating a personal and diverse venue for creativity, collaboration, expression and education FOR EVERYONE by bringing quality art experiences to women and children at local shelters and service organizations including Lazarus House, Mutual Ground and other social agencies.
Every summer, work created by Art Flow participants is on display upstairs in the Kane County Chronicle Gallery.

All Art Flow programs run year-round and are generously supported by Batavia United Way, Mother's Club of Batavia, First Midwest Bank, Walmart, individual and Fund in Need donors.

All about Art. Activities include: drawing, coloring, pasting or painting. Assorted art supplies available at no charge. All ages: Best for ages 3 and up accompanied by an adult at all times. Teens welcome with parent permission. Sundays 1-3p.
